Responsabilités

• Provide information on health services, insurance options, and resources.
• Navigate complex systems and schedule appointments virtually.
• Educate clients on preventive health measures and disease management.
• Connect clients with specialists and social support services.
• Maintain confidential records using secure digital platforms.
• Collaborate with a remote team to support clients holistically.
• Develop and distribute educational materials through digital channels.
