Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Lead Human Resources Partner to spearhead HR initiatives across a rapidly expanding organization in a fully remote leadership role. You will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR objectives with business goals and drive HR strategy from a distance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive HR experience, at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and manage complex employee relations.

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, overseeing all HR functions including talent acquisition, development, and compensation.
