Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant user growth and revenue in a startup or tech environment.
• Expertise across a broad range of marketing channels and tactics, with a strong analytical and data‑driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Lead and manage all performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.
• Oversee SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Develop and execute content marketing initiatives to attract and engage target audiences.
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle marketing programs.
• Utilize data analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to continuously optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast campaign performance, and report on key growth metrics to leadership.
