Placements24 is seeking a highly strategic Remote E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to drive aggressive growth and customer acquisition for its online business. You will develop, implement, and optimize data-driven strategies across paid, SEO, email, and analytics to scale revenue.

You will lead experiments, manage cross-channel campaigns, and collaborate with product teams to improve the user experience and conversions. This remote role offers flexibility and potential career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in growth, performance or digital marketing for e-commerce.
• Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Strong SEO/SEM, email marketing, CRO and marketing automation/CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to acquire customers and improve LTV.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, social platforms and affiliate networks.
• Oversee SEO initiatives to drive targeted organic traffic.
• Implement and manage email marketing, segmentation, automation and analysis.
• Conduct A/B tests and data analysis to optimize conversions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure seamless UX and adoption.
• Monitor CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, ROAS and provide actionable insights.
• Explore new marketing channels and innovative growth tactics.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and e-commerce growth.
