Placements24 is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing for a fast-growing fintech startup. This is a fully remote leadership role aimed at building and scaling a high-performing marketing function from the ground up.

You will define the vision, strategy, and execution across SEO, SEM, content, social, email, and paid advertising, while leading a distributed team and driving growth through data-driven decisions and strong performance management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of growing business through digital channels.
• Expertise across SEO, SEM, content, social and paid media.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading remote, distributed teams.
• Fintech sector experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in Marketing or related field advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide digital marketing strategy.
• Lead and scale a remote-first marketing team.
• Oversee all digital channels and budget, driving growth.
• Define KPIs and implement robust reporting.
• Collaborate with product, sales and engineering on GTM.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends and best practices.
