Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing with a strong growth focus.
• Proven experience in driving significant user acquisition and retention metrics for digital products/services.
• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and experimentation.
• Design and manage A/B tests and multivariate experiments across channels and product features.
• Oversee paid acquisition channels, including SEM, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, optimizing for ROI.
• Develop and implement strategies for user onboarding, engagement, and retention through various marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experience and growth-focused features.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, track metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn) and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and manage reporting dashboards to communicate growth performance to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve growth targets.
