Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers and booking discovery calls for the account executives.

This is a remote, full-time role requiring strong written communication and experience with outbound tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to keep a high-quality cadence and pipeline.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred, with full-cycle closing and quota.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
