Qualifikationen

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency experience.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, gritty and coachable.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
