Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Growth Specialist based in South Africa to own retention and expansion for a defined segment of smaller video businesses. You will design scalable coaching programs, use data to identify at-risk accounts, and guide growth through pricing, packaging, positioning, and email strategies.

This is a remote, international role within a global team, building playbooks for scalable customer growth.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in coaching, consulting, customer success, digital marketing, or related field with ownership of outcomes.
Experience helping online businesses, solo operators, founders, or small teams improve growth and revenue.
Ability to translate insights into practical recommendations for growth.
Strong facilitation skills for group sessions, workshops, webinars, or 1:1 conversations.
Comfort analyzing dashboards and retention metrics to guide decisions.
Familiarity with AI tools in research, prep, analysis, and content creation.

Responsibilities

Own gross revenue retention and expansion for an assigned customer segment.
Design scalable coaching approaches to address growth challenges.
Deliver group coaching sessions, cohort programs, workshops, and webinars.
Advise customers on pricing, packaging, positioning, offers, email and funnel strategy.
Monitor cohort behavior to spot at-risk accounts and intervene.
Build repeatable playbooks and processes for scaling growth programs.
Share insights with Product and Customer Success teams to improve experiences.
