Placements24 is seeking a Remote E-commerce Growth Hacker to drive rapid expansion and customer acquisition across all digital channels. You will experiment with growth tactics, optimize funnels, and leverage data to inform strategy from anywhere in South Africa.

In this role you will own end-to-end growth initiatives, collaborate with marketing, product and engineering teams, and stay ahead of digital marketing trends to maximise acquisition, activation and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement rapid experimentation processes to identify and test new growth levers.
• Optimize the entire customer journey, from acquisition and activation to retention and referral.
• Analyze user behavior, A/B test results, and conversion data to drive actionable insights.
• Develop and execute strategies for viral growth, user acquisition, and customer lifetime value enhancement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving significant growth in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis tools and A/B testing platforms.
• Experience with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
• Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and finding unconventional solutions.
