Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote E-commerce Growth Hacker to drive rapid expansion and customer acquisition across all digital channels. You will experiment with growth tactics, optimize funnels, and leverage data to inform strategy from anywhere in South Africa.

In this role you will own end-to-end growth initiatives, collaborate with marketing, product and engineering teams, and stay ahead of digital marketing trends to maximise acquisition, activation and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving growth in ecommerce or digital products.
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills.
• Experience with multiple digital marketing channels.
• Creative thinker with a passion for testing unconventional ideas.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid experiments to identify growth levers.
• Optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
• Analyze user behavior, test results, and conversion metrics.
• Develop and implement viral growth and LTV strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Keep up with digital marketing trends and growth hacking methodologies.
