Jobgether is seeking a Business Operations Associate for a remote, international role based in South Africa. You will partner with the VP of Business Operations to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and scalable processes across Product, Engineering, Finance, and People teams.

You’ll analyze performance metrics, optimize internal workflows, and contribute to AI-driven initiatives to boost efficiency in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, tech investment banking, VC, startup operations or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities using data to inform decisions.
• Good understanding of SaaS business models and key financial metrics.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and assess performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration across functions.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
• Interest in AI tools and potential to improve operations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the company's goal-setting processes and monitor progress against objectives.
• Support leadership with defining and tracking OKRs across departments.
• Conduct market and operational research to develop actionable insights.
• Prepare strategic content and performance updates for leadership meetings and offsites.
• Promote transparency and alignment through access to relevant business information.
• Collaborate with department leaders to implement and improve operating processes.
• Develop systems for knowledge sharing and documentation across a distributed workforce.
• Manage Notion as the central knowledge management platform.
