Jobgether in South Africa is seeking a Founder’s Associate - Product to help shape product strategy at the intersection of product management, AI, and Revenue Operations. You will work closely with the founders to translate insights into actionable product specifications and collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features.

You will own discovery, set KPIs, monitor adoption, and continually refine the product.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to use data, customer feedback, and business insights to inform product decisions.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area, progressing from discovery and research to development, launch, and iteration.
• Engage with sales representatives and Revenue Operations professionals to understand workflows and Salesforce usage.
• Translate customer insights into clear product opportunities and actionable decisions.
• Define AI-powered features and how to surface relevant information while minimising noise.
• Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and GTM teams for timely delivery.
• Define KPIs, monitor product adoption, and evaluate feature performance using data.
• Gather feedback, analyse results, and refine product functionality and UX.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap prioritisation, and quality standards.
