Jobgether is seeking a Founders Associate based in South Africa to work directly with the CEO to drive strategic and operational priorities from concept to execution. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, translate ambiguous challenges into clear actions, and accelerate growth in a fast‑growing AI‑driven platform focused on public sector procurement.

You will interact with founders, investors, and government partners, gaining exposure to every aspect of the business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or similar operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives: own 2–3 high‑priority projects per quarter.
• Drive cross‑functional programmes including supplier sourcing and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Structure complex challenges into actionable plans for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage operating rhythm with leadership meetings, OKR reviews and updates.
• Support executive relationships with procurement leaders, partners and investors.
• Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to boost productivity.
• Coordinate distributed teams across time zones to maintain alignment.
