Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is building a focused telesales team to recruit independent sales partners across Germany. You will run structured outbound campaigns, pitch a partnership model, and book qualified consultations for the partner team.

We are hiring 4–5 agents for the initial phase, offering fully remote work with fixed hours 9:00–17:00 CET on weekdays. You will be part of a fast-growing European clean energy network with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales/telesales experience, preferably B2B partner acquisition.
• German language fluency required.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and appointment setting.
• Experience with CRM documentation and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound campaigns targeting self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.
• Pitch partnership model and handle objections in real time.
• Qualify interest and book 1-on-1 consultations for the partner team.
• Work toward clear monthly call and conversion targets.
• Log call outcomes in the CRM and share insights with the team.
