Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Freight Operations Coordinator to manage shipment activities from virtual centers. You will coordinate freight movements, liaise with carriers, manage documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance in a 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
• Understanding of freight operations across road, air and sea.
• Experience with shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Proficient in freight management software and common office apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments daily.
• Liaise with carriers, brokers, and logistics providers.
• Prepare shipping documents: bills of lading, declarations, invoices.
• Track shipments and update clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in company systems.
