Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-growing international e-commerce platform. The role is fully remote and requires coordinating shipments, working with carriers, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers worldwide.

The successful candidate will manage domestic and international shipments, maintain documentation, monitor progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations in a virtual setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher, or similar role (minimum 2 years).
• Understanding of shipping processes, documentation, and terminology.
• Proficiency with logistics software and order management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup.
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further logistics education beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Liaise with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to book shipments and resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.
• Process shipping documentation and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
• Identify and address potential delays or disruptions in the supply chain.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to shipping and delivery.
• Utilize logistics software and platforms to manage shipment data and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Support the implementation of new logistics strategies and improvements.
