• Proven experience in international freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in freight management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• A stable internet connection and a dedicated home office space are mandatory.
• Experience with managing air and sea freight is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments via air, sea, and land freight.
• Manage all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with overseas partners, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth transit and clearance.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues and potential delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
• Utilize freight management software and other digital tools to optimize operations.
• Process shipping instructions and booking requests accurately.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service remotely.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and efficiency.
