Qualifications
- 8+ years in freight management and logistics operations.
- Experience leading remote teams and complex freight operations.
- Knowledge of multimodal freight (road/rail/air/sea) and international trade compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and execution of freight operations across the network.
- Lead a remote operations team with performance management.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs and drive cost efficiency and service improvements.
