Placements24 is seeking a Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments and optimize supply chains from anywhere. You will coordinate movement of goods, handle shipping docs, and ensure timely delivery across borders.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments, including freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations).
• Track shipments in real time and provide updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and 3PLs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues (delays, damages, discrepancies) promptly.
• Maintain records and prepare performance reports.
