Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with financial reporting software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, profitability, and trend analysis.
• Support FP&A in developing annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Develop financial models to support business cases and strategic planning.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights into business drivers.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial review packages.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used in analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
