Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sales Executive to join its national sales team in South Africa. You will drive sales, cultivate client relationships, and manage a full sales pipeline from home in a fully remote setup.

You will conduct virtual product demonstrations, exceed targets, and collaborate with marketing to optimize strategies. A proven track record in remote/FMCG sales and strong digital communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for digital channels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for remote work.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Dedicated home office with reliable internet connectivity.
• Comfortable using video conferencing and virtual collaboration tools.
• Experience in remote sales or business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities across designated market segments in South Africa.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through pipeline management.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal sales support and marketing to craft sales strategies.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and management reports with market insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads and track progress.
