Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager for a fully remote leadership role in the FMCG sector across South Africa. You will shape the national sales strategy, lead a dispersed team, and drive revenue growth from a remote-first operating model.

You will set targets, manage key accounts, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing and operations to execute initiatives. A proven track record in FMCG sales leadership and remote team management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA is highly desirable for senior leadership.
• Minimum 12 years in sales management with FMCG experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding national sales targets and revenue growth.
• Experience leading remote/dispersed sales teams.
• Strong strategy, analytics and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and motivate a dispersed national sales team in a remote setting.
