Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in national sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG retail landscape and distribution channels in South Africa.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely across territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve sales targets for FMCG products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with major retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts for high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activity and market trends.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotions and launches.
