The role requires 5+ years B2B sales, exceptional negotiation and remote communication skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel occasionally. This remote position offers uncapped commission and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, preferably FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation and remote communication skills.
• Experience selling to distributors and retailers nationwide.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national sales strategy to hit revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business with key accounts and distributors.
• Manage existing client relationships for retention and growth.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics for order fulfillment.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and analyses.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads and track activities.
