Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote FMCG Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across designated territories from a home office. You will build lasting relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts, expanding market share while delivering tailored solutions.

In this remote role, you’ll identify opportunities, conduct virtual product presentations, negotiate terms, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to support promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar FMCG sales role.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with South African FMCG market preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a remote sales strategy to hit targets.
• Identify and pursue new FMCG business opportunities.
