Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support FMCG operations remotely. This role focuses on logistics coordination, inventory support, and cross-department communication to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

You will liaise with sales, production, and logistics teams, manage orders and documentation, and monitor performance metrics to drive improvements for a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations support, logistics coordination, or similar admin role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; proactive problem-solving.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in management of orders, invoices, and reports.
• Support planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the operations team.
