Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee FMCG operations from a fully remote location. You will manage the end-to-end supply chain, production planning, and distribution to drive efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement operational improvements, and champion best practices across procurement, manufacturing and logistics. A strategic mindset and strong ERP skills are essential for success in this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations management within FMCG.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations/Business; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and decision-making.
• Experience managing distributed teams and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FMCG supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor operations teams, fostering high performance.
• Manage budgets, resources and capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions as needed.
