Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination, preferably FMCG.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities, including order processing, inventory management and dispatch.
Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
Support implementation of operational improvements and best practices.
