Placements24 seeks a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end FMCG supply chain in a fully remote role. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations).
• 5+ years in operations management within the FMCG sector.
• Experience managing complex supply chains including international sourcing and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning and logistics software.
• Proven leadership and remote-work management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end FMCG supply chain, including procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
• Develop and implement policies to boost efficiency, cut costs and ensure compliance.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of supply chain professionals.
• Monitor KPIs and report operational performance to senior management.
• Implement and manage supply chain technologies to improve visibility and workflows.
• Identify risks and ensure business continuity across global operations.
