Qualifications

• 4–6 years proven e-commerce management experience in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and optimizing conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and market share for FMCG brands.
• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms for a seamless user experience from browse to checkout.
• Oversee online marketing including SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email campaigns.
• Analyze e-commerce performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
