Placements24 seeks a Remote Flight Operations Coordinator for a dynamic aviation company. You will coordinate flight schedules, obtain clearances, liaise with crews and ground teams, and monitor progress across multiple time zones from a home-based setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field and at least 3 years in flight operations. Knowledge of aviation regulations and crew scheduling software is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aviation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in flight operations coordination, airline operations, or similar aviation role.
• Strong understanding of flight ops procedures, aviation regulations, and airline terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage flight schedules, ensuring efficient use of aircraft and crews.
• Obtain necessary flight clearances, permits, and landing slots for domestic and international ops.
• Liaise with flight crews, maintenance teams, ground handling agents, and ATC for smooth operations.
• Monitor flight progress and provide real-time updates on status, delays, or disruptions.
• Assist in managing crew duty times and rest periods, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and distribute operational documents, including flight briefs and NOTAM summaries.
• Respond to operational queries and emergencies with effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and records in the flight operations system.
• Support the dispatch team with planning and contingency management.
