Placements24 has partnered with a dynamic global aviation solutions provider to recruit a Remote Aviation Operations Coordinator. You will manage flight schedules, coordinate with crews and ground handlers, and ensure operations run on time from a fully remote setup.

In this role, you will monitor flight statuses, maintain flight plans and logs, ensure regulatory compliance, and generate KPI reports. The position offers flexible hours and international collaboration, ideal for self-motivated

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aviation operations coordination, flight dispatch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of flight operations, ATC procedures, and aviation regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to multitask remotely.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily flight schedules with timely updates.
• Liaise with crews, ground handlers, ATC, and stakeholders.
• Monitor flight statuses and implement contingency plans.
• Maintain flight plans, manifests, and logs.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
• Generate reports on KPIs from operational data.
• Assist in resource planning including crew scheduling.
• Serve as primary contact for operational inquiries.
• Support remote team communications and process improvements.
