Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Lead Flight Operations Coordinator to oversee a distributed team and manage all aspects of flight operations from a remote setting. You will lead planning, scheduling and regulatory compliance, coordinating with pilots, dispatchers and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires 7+ years in flight operations coordination, strong leadership, and in-depth knowledge of flight planning, dispatch, crew scheduling and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 7+ years in flight operations coordination or management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of flight planning, dispatch, crew scheduling and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading operational teams in a remote setup.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Flight Operations Coordinators.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and coordination of all flight activities for efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor flight progress and address disruptions or deviations from schedule.
• Manage crew scheduling, duty time limitations and rest requirements per regulations.
• Liaise with pilots, dispatchers, maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to aviation regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement operational efficiency improvements and best practices.
• Handle flight permits, clearances and documentation.
• Act as primary contact for critical operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and records.
