Key Responsibilities

• Remotely manage and coordinate the daily dispatch of a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles across various regions.
• Utilize state-of-the-art fleet management software and GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations, performance, and adherence to schedules.
• Assign routes and loads to drivers, optimizing for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers while they are on duty, providing support, guidance, and immediate solutions to any operational or logistical issues.
• Communicate proactively with clients, sales, and customer service teams regarding delivery status, potential delays, or changes.
• Analyze dispatch data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for service improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies across the fleet.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatch activities, driver logs, and delivery confirmations.
• Collaborate effectively with other remote team members and departments to ensure integrated logistics operations.

Requirements
