Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Fleet Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and safety standards across a nationwide fleet. This fully remote role focuses on monitoring, evaluating, and advising on compliance related to vehicle safety, driver regulations, environmental standards, and transportation laws in South Africa.

Competenze

• Experience in fleet compliance, safety management, or a regulatory role.
• Knowledge of South African transport legislation including AARTO and National Road Traffic Act.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.

This is a critical, fully remote position, allowing you to work from your home office while safeguarding the company's operations and reputation. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and advising on compliance matters related to vehicle safety, driver regulations, environmental standards, and transportation laws nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of South African transport legislation, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex regulations. You will work closely with operations, safety, and legal teams to develop and implement compliance strategies.
