Job summary

Codekeeper, a remote-first company with a central office in The Hague, seeks a sales-driven SDR to drive inbound and outbound growth for its SaaS Source Code Escrow platform. You will engage new business opportunities, demonstrate product value, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the sales journey.

You’ll identify leads, run outbound campaigns, conduct platform demos, and negotiate offers while upselling to existing customers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
• Strong time management and ability to hit targets.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Enjoy delivering online demos.
• Experience working with diverse companies and industries.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on potential solutions, provide ongoing support, and build relationships through excellent customer service.
• Prepare outbound outreach campaigns and email sequences, while responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
• Identify, prospect, and contact new leads through inbound and outbound channels, following up via email, phone, and other outreach methods.
• A/B test different approaches to optimize results and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct online platform demos to showcase our products' benefits and features.
• Create and negotiate offers to close deals with potential customers.
• Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
