Codekeeper, a remote-first company with a central office in The Hague, is seeking a Sales Representative in South Africa. You will drive inbound growth, demo our Source Code Escrow SaaS, and deliver top-tier customer service to diverse clients.

You’ll identify leads, respond quickly, and craft compelling offers while upselling where appropriate. Strong English, targets, and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer pain points.
• Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using multiple technology platforms and tools.
• Enjoy giving online demos and building rapport with customers.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers on potential solutions and build relationships with strong customer service.
• Prepare email sequences and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Identify and contact new leads via inbound channels and follow up by email or phone.
• A/B test approaches to optimize results and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits.
• Create and negotiate offers to close deals with prospective customers.
• Upsell to existing customers by identifying additional value.
