Placements24 is seeking a visionary Chief Industrial Engineer to lead global operations strategy from a remote work setup. You will define and implement overarching industrial engineering strategies that drive efficiency, sustainability, and competitive advantage across all sites worldwide.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, mentor regional teams, and champion Industry 4.0, automation, and digital transformation to optimize processes, costs, and quality while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related advanced technical field.
Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in industrial engineering and operations management, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles overseeing global operations.
Proven success in strategic operational improvements in a multinational corporation.
Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, supply chain optimization, and global operations management.
Experience with Industry 4.0, automation, and digital transformation in a global context.
Strong strategic vision, leadership, and influential communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change across diverse cultures and geographies.
Solid financial acumen with global budgeting and capital investment planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global industrial engineering strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
Oversee standardized operational best practices across international facilities.
Lead initiatives on process optimization, supply chain efficiency, and cost reduction globally.
