Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or an MBA with an engineering background.
10+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations management, or strategic planning.
Experience developing and implementing operational strategies at a large scale.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
Expertise in process optimization, supply chain dynamics, and performance management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and remote collaboration skills.
