The candidate will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across fintech solutions, leading a team of product managers and collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales to drive successful product launches.

With 8+ years in product management and a track record in fintech, you will translate market insights into actionable requirements while mentoring teams and staying ahead of industry

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record launching and managing complex software products, preferably in fintech.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development, and market research techniques.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product lines.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify product opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Launch new products and features, ensuring successful market adoption and user satisfaction.
• Mentor and lead a team of product managers.
• Stay updated on fintech trends and emerging technologies.
