Placements24 is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to join a fully remote team. You will build and refine financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation, translating data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

You will conduct in-depth analyses, prepare reports for senior management, and support annual budgeting and long-term planning while collaborating with a distributed team across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced modeling abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Perform trend, variance, and profitability analyses.
• Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Assist in annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
