• Proficient in remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication for non-technical users.
• Home office setup with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for industrial equipment via phone, video conferencing, and remote access tools.
• Guide on-site personnel through diagnostic procedures and repair steps.
• Analyze system data and error logs to identify root causes of technical problems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for remote support procedures and solutions.
• Collaborate with on-site field teams to ensure escalation and resolution of issues.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to product development and engineering teams.
• Assist in remote commissioning and setup of new equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supported products and advancements.
• Manage a queue of support requests and resolve within SLAs.
