About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Field Service Engineer specializing in telecoms to join their distributed team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment at customer sites. This position requires extensive travel but offers the flexibility of a remote-first operational structure, ensuring you can manage your work from anywhere when not on-site. Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of telecom equipment, including base stations, routers, and antennas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance and uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues reported by remote support teams or clients.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively.
