Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in field service or similar role with complex troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with remote diagnostic tools and collaboration software.
• Independent worker who can manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Reliable internet and dedicated workspace.
• Familiarity with equipment serviced by our client.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for complex electromechanical systems and industrial equipment.
• Guide on-site personnel through installation, calibration, and repair procedures via video calls, phone, and detailed documentation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including service manuals and knowledge base articles.
• Analyze system performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct remote system diagnostics and configuration adjustments.
• Manage and resolve customer technical issues from initial report to resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback on product performance.
• Train clients and internal staff on system operation and maintenance best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends relevant to the equipment serviced.
• Ensure all client interactions and service records are documented in CRM.
