You will manage end-to-end executive searches for CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, VPs, and Directors across diverse industries, leveraging a global network and advanced search methods.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in executive search, exceptional stakeholder management, and a strategic talent acquisition approach.

About the Role

Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy, is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Executive & Leadership Roles to join their fully remote team. This critical role focuses on identifying, attracting, and placing senior-level talent, including C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors, across a diverse range of industries. You will leverage your extensive network, sophisticated search methodologies, and deep understanding of leadership competencies to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in executive search, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful placements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end executive search process for senior leadership positions.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top-tier executive talent globally.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews, psychometric evaluations, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and HR leaders.
• Provide expert market intelligence and insights on leadership trends, compensation, and talent availability.
• Drive business development efforts to expand the executive search client base.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience throughout the search process.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in executive search or high-level recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in placing senior executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, VPs, Directors) across various sectors.
• Exceptional ability to network and build rapport with senior-level professionals.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced search techniques, market intelligence tools, and ATS.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
