Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant specializing in Executive Search. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier executive talent for a wide range of clients across various industries. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of executive search methodologies and a passion for building high-impact leadership teams. You will leverage your extensive network and sophisticated sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical leadership roles. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and intelligence gathering to identify target organizations and key executives.
• Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies to attract and engage senior-level candidates.
• Manage the entire executive search process, from initial client briefing to candidate placement and post-placement follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and hiring managers.
• Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate executive candidates.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients, highlighting relevant qualifications and motivations.
• Negotiate complex offer packages and facilitate the successful onboarding of placed executives.
• Actively contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and executive compensation benchmarks.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in executive search, preferably within a reputable recruitment consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in conducting searches for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions across diverse sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and networking skills.
• Strong understanding of executive assessment techniques and candidate evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at the highest levels.
• Proficiency in using executive search databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a strong ethical compass are essential.
