Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive search or retained recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in placing senior leadership roles (CEO, COO, CFO, VP, etc.).
• Exceptional understanding of various business sectors and leadership competencies.
• Proven ability to build and leverage extensive networks of senior-level contacts.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively manage a demanding workload in a fully remote setting.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Proficiency with executive search databases and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree is essential; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
