You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting C-suite and senior-level candidates to clients across a spectrum of industries. Operating remotely, you will leverage advanced search methodologies and a robust network to deliver outstanding results. This position demands discretion, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of executive-level markets. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, and adept at building trust and rapport with both candidates and clients, regardless of geographical location. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to fully understand executive-level hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract high-calibre candidates for senior leadership positions.
• Perform comprehensive candidate assessments, including behavioural interviews, psychometric evaluations (where applicable), and reference checks.
• Build and nurture a strong network of executive talent within specified industries.
• Manage the entire search process from initial briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Develop compelling candidate profiles and present them effectively to clients.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism throughout all engagements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new client opportunities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated expertise in executive-level sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement.
• Exceptional networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of various business sectors and leadership competencies.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.
