• Developing and executing targeted executive search strategies to identify elite technology talent.

Proven ability to network effectively with senior technology executives and influencers. Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. The utmost discretion, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality. Expertise in advanced search methodologies and professional networking platforms. A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is highly desirable. Strategic thinking and a proactive, results-driven approach to complex search projects.
